Where do the symbols (death, wither, etc) come from? Did you make them yourself?

Yeah we made everything ourselves :)

So here’s my theory, on the game lore. I think- correct me if i say something incorrect.

The theatre itself is located in another dimension. Either the Unknown. Purgatory or hell. The theatre is possessed so that the protagonist is stuck there in a time loop and is forced to watch the films, coming across demons that are tormenting and attacking the protagonist. I’m assuming the film poems are talking about the protagonist being a fallen angel or something? As she says in the second poem “when were your wings clipped” and “such tired wings” and that she is taunting you about your past, or explaining what you have done wrong to be sent to the Theatre. I am also assuming The Crying Janitor and the Mannequin are the demons That the poem was talking about escaping in the last movie. The ticket master is obviously the protagonist as he is seen sitting in the singular chair that the last auditorium had. And that the game is talking about the protagonist reflecting on his/her choices. The death ticket im thinking is saying that the character is dead and sent to hell (the theatre) I think the Rebirth ticket is talking about a second chance maybe? And that the protagonist is finally free from the torturing loop after the final film and is allowed to Heaven. I’m not sure why the Janitor cries and is seen sitting with you throughout most of the films, my theory is that either it is also a person that has been sent there and being tortured also. Or that it is one of the demons that is torturing you. These are my theory’s so far. i’ve really been thinking about the game for a while. Not sure who the hell the girl is talking the poems, maybe a god or another demon.

anyways thats my theory, please call me out if i said anything wrong. I’d love to know the full explanation of the game.

Hey, thanks for sharing your thoughts, more or less you're on a right path here, I can at least say that a lot of the things aren't really too specific to the theater's universe and the creature isn't a janitor.

Thanks for playing!

Is there a lore or a story towards this game? I have so many questions like- Why is the person in the theatre and what did they do to get there. Who are the creatures thats in the theatre. Is it hell? What on earth is that poem talking about. There are so many stuff i don’t understand about this game. Still brilliant nonetheless 👍

All the answers are in the game :)

It's a well crafted Horror Game, for everyone that is searching for a great experience stop right here and get this game!

Oh thanks for playing!

(+1)

what is the name of the poem used in the game?

(+1)

It doesn't really have a name and it is not taken from anywhere else, we came up with it as well as everything else you see in the game.

You know what's funny? I'm a big John Wolfe fan but I had played some of this dev's games before I ever subbed to John. It was funny to me realizing that this game dev was the same that John trashed for his Timore series. But it seems that even now, JW actually likes your new games such as this one. For example, the reason I liked Vidas was starting with Dia. When John played it after me, he was impressed and gave credit where it was due. Idk how to put it...its just been a wild ride with John Wolfe and Vidas/Timore Dev lol. It's a pairing that I stan.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, yeah it definitely has been a ride for me and for John to be "wtf this is made by timore dev??". Glad people enjoy these new projects that we're making :)

I have not played this game but I have watched it a million times!! I absolutely admire this one, the graphics are awesome but the sound...the sound was so terrifying and so well done. Especially the film sequences as well as this one woman who follows you. I really really can't express how much I love this game. It also has perfect pace and the game wasn't too short, it was literally perfect.
If I could, I would give 6 stars.
Also I love the games from you anyway! Timore and all that stuff. I absolutely admire your work, keep it up!!
10/10 <3

Oh gosh this one was very VERY! Scary, really well done. I might even say this one is my favorite, the creepy red themed theater is a really nice touch and the characters *muak* The textures and camera angles were on point and I loved the DIA reference.

Keep making great games!

Thank you, glad you enjoyed 😁

Some Russian guy make a video about your game
