Vermilion Arcade - Horror Collection demo

Genuinely a terrifying experience.. good work from the dev! You always know how to keep me on my toes..

i LOVED the game it was spooky but good

This was a very great game, it shouldn't even be considered a demo lol, but I do apologize for the long wait, there was alot of school stuff I had to do and it hindered me from doing youtube videos, but nevertheless, great job bro. 

10/10 Solid tension building. Terrified with every step. Good sound design.

GODDAMN, The story was soooo eerie!!!

The game has everything going for it to be successful, aesthetics are on point, the concept is intriguing (why are we in an arcade to begin with, in what seems to be hell with robots), and the production for the level itself so far seems professional.

My feedback here would be that, on lower end machines like mine there is a level of teleportation back to a previous point when moving in a direction, so perhaps something is off with the movement system? 

More options would be very well welcomed as for a menu goes, like being able to pause midway through the game (currently it only lets you go back to the main menu with a y/n option), quality control, motion blur and so (I don't mean to be picky at all, these are ideas that come to mind, yet I don't know how difficult are to be implemented). 

As per for the specific story we see about the russian sleep experiment, it gave me a few surprises! It kept me on my toes all throughout, the story was easy to follow, it was well executed for the demo.

I love the concept and I love the idea of an arcade collection of horror games like this! I'm excited to see the continued development of this one!

As a walking sim it's fine I guess, but it's not a very good first impression for a collection of games.  

Well.. you asked me to play it and I did, and I have to say it has amazing potential, I love the eerie atmosphere and the fact it's based off something in real life. Thank you for recommending this! It's amazing, I played it in my 3 scary games video.

Your games always look incredible - they have this mysterious charm. The moment I stepped into the game, the arcade absolutely amazed me with how good it looked. The idea behind the game is really cool, the story and interactions were great! Well done on demo!

This game is heading in a good direction! Although we only get to play 1 game in this collection so far, I have a good feeling about the next instalments based on this title. If you haven't played Vermilion Arcade yet, I absolutely recommend it.
